Following consultations, the developers have submitted new plans demonstrating the following modifications: Site plan, Local context comparison, Design development in context, Elevation concepts
- A reduction in density from 10 dwellings to 9 (a net gain of 8 allowing for the replacement of the former pub).
- The dwelling footprints have been decreased by over 20%.
- The properties arranged to the rear of the site have been pulled further away from the south and west boundary to allow for more planting and separation to neighbouring dwellings.
- Conceptual elevations are included to give detail on relative heights and arrangements for the site frontage.
