Following consultations, the developers have submitted new plans demonstrating the following modifications: Site plan, Local context comparison, Design development in context, Elevation concepts

  1. A reduction in density from 10 dwellings to 9 (a net gain of 8 allowing for the replacement of the former pub).
  2. The dwelling footprints have been decreased by over 20%.
  3. The properties arranged to the rear of the site have been pulled further away from the south and west boundary to allow for more planting and separation to neighbouring dwellings.
  4. Conceptual elevations are included to give detail on relative heights and arrangements for the site frontage.
