The Village Agents team provides help, support and solutions for the health and social care needs of members of the community, by engaging with local neighbourhood volunteers, health and care sector, statutory and voluntary organisations.

Cambridgeshire ACRE has recently been appointed by South Cambridgeshire District Council to support Community Hubs in the area for a further two years.
In this next phase, we will be linking Community Hubs into the wider health and care system by introducing a team of Village Agents who will work in communities to help those who need advice and support with their wellbeing.
